Momentum Behavior Services is seeking a well established Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are looking for BCBAs to join this new endeavor and help serve the growing need for care. This position is for those that are strongly committed to building and maintaining a new autism service program and committed to providing quality behavior analytic programming. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Complete clinical assessments, functional assessments, and functional analyses
- Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of staff
- Lead, supervise, and mentor treatment team
- Set and achieve performance goals with client, client's guardians, and treatment teams
- Manage and implement behavior intervention and therapy skill acquisition programming
- Aid in developing company policy and environment
- Ensure requirements for documentation of clinical services are implemented
- Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Help develop staff trainings
- Meet regularly with staff to notify any issues impacting client's progress and satisfaction
- Review and update formal documentation and plans for insurance and company standards of practice
Requirements:
- Adherence to BACB guidelines of conduct
- Minimum of two years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis to children with autism
- BCBA Certified
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated to teach and learn more about Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience in applied behavior analysis programming in children 0-7 strongly preferred
- BCBA with experience writing ABA treatment plans that meet insurance requirements
