This role requires deep functional and technical understanding of BBCRM to guide data extraction, mapping, validation, and business process translation. Job Responsibilities<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on BBCRM functionality, data structures, and usage across gift processing, prospect management, membership, and stewardship modules.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Data Analysts and Migration Developers to:</li><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify custom tables and fields.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Validate data definitions and intended business logic.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide mapping guidance from BBCRM to ascend data models.</li></ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with business stakeholders to interpret legacy processes and support future-state documentation.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in identifying and remediating data quality issues in BBCRM prior to extraction.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support iterative testing cycles, including data validation and user acceptance testing.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in Sprint planning activities, supporting functional discussions for Bio-Demo, Gifts & Pledges, Prospect Management, and related tracks.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Document key insights from BBCRM configuration and advise on potential risks during decommissioning.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3–5+ years of experience working directly with Blackbaud CRM (BBCRM), preferably in a higher education or nonprofit advancement setting.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Deep understanding of BBCRM constituent, gift, and relationship data models.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience with data migration or system conversion projects involving BBCRM.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams (business, technical, and vendor).</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting audit reports, data quality assessments, or historical data archiving efforts is a plus.</li></ul> Preferred Skills<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with Salesforce or ascend CRM platforms.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of SQL or ability to work with data extraction tools.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of data governance and quality assurance practices.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to integration tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, or Talend) is a plus.</li></ul> <hr> Additional InformationAttain Partners values your mental, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing.
