This role sits at the intersection of precision oncology, diagnostics, and strategic field engagement, focused on advancing biomarker adoption for RAS-driven cancers. You will lead high-impact partnerships with pathology labs, academic institutions, IDNs, and regional diagnostic networks to ensure effective biomarker testing integration into clinical practice. Acting as a key bridge between commercial strategy and laboratory stakeholders, you will translate complex scientific and diagnostic insights into actionable engagement plans. The environment is highly collaborative and mission-driven, with strong alignment between clinical, scientific, and commercial teams. You will play a critical role in shaping how biomarker strategies are deployed in the field to improve patient identification and treatment alignment. This position offers broad visibility across stakeholders and directly supports the advancement of targeted oncology therapies.


Accountabilities
  • Lead execution of biomarker strategic objectives aligned with commercial and portfolio priorities, ensuring field activation strategies support broader brand and diagnostic goals.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with pathology labs, academic centers, IDNs, and diagnostic stakeholders to drive adoption of RAS biomarker testing in clinical workflows.
  • Serve as the primary field-facing biomarker subject matter expert, translating scientific and diagnostic complexity into actionable engagement strategies for external partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, medical, and field teams to integrate biomarker insights into awareness initiatives and market development efforts.
  • Design and implement co-developed biomarker enablement plans informed by pathology workflows, laboratory operations, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Track and optimize engagement across assigned accounts, ensuring consistent execution of partnership strategies and measurable field impact.

Requirements

This role requires deep experience in diagnostic or pharmaceutical strategic account management with strong exposure to oncology, pathology, and precision medicine environments. The ideal candidate understands laboratory medicine, molecular diagnostics, and how biomarker strategies translate into real-world clinical adoption. You should be skilled at building external partnerships, influencing key stakeholders, and aligning technical insights with commercial execution. Strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate in complex healthcare ecosystems are essential. The role also requires comfort working across regions and engaging with senior scientific and clinical stakeholders.

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic account management within diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare sectors
  • Strong understanding of pathology, molecular diagnostics, and precision oncology workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in laboratory operations, companion diagnostics, or biotech launch environments
  • Proven ability to translate diagnostic insights into commercial or field activation strategies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, including KOL interaction
  • Cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without direct authority
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% across US regions (East/West coverage)
