Who You Are:


Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Manager, you facilitate accurate billing for services rendered, coordinate monthly billing cycles for assigned partner practices, and consult with the clinical team to ensure that precise documentation, time and quality standards are met.


A Day in the Life:

  • Coordinates monthly billing cycle for assigned partner practices/Concert Health clients
  • Facilitates accurate billing for services rendered, thereby maximizing revenue
  • Consults with the clinical team within Concert Health to ensure maintenance of quality standards, timely execution, and accurate billing documentation
  • Completes initial/ongoing insurance eligibility verification for assigned partner practices
  • Inputs direct claims entry in practices’ Electronic Health Records or other billing systems
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills are comfortable communicating with staff and external practice representatives as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a medical office
  • An intuitive knack for navigating situations and reading perceptions in a remote-first setting
  • Tactful judgment, creative thinking, keen interpersonal skills
  • Disciplined, driven, and flexible self-starter
  • Ability to excel in a fluid, dynamic, and cross-functional team environment
  • Familiarity with behavioral healthcare, and a genuine passion for serving others

  • Hourly Rate: $21.63 - $24.00 base rate is factored on geographic location and experience
