This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Bilingual PRS Intensive Case Manager Level 3 - Partially Remote in United States.

This role provides critical post-release support to unaccompanied children and their sponsor families, focusing on stabilization, trauma-informed care, and long-term well-being. You will manage complex cases, connecting families to community-based services while delivering intensive in-home engagement. This position requires travel across a multi-state region and offers a mix of in-person and virtual interactions, ensuring sustained support over several months. By leveraging clinical expertise and a case management approach, you will directly impact the safety, development, and integration of vulnerable populations. Collaboration with community organizations and adherence to federal guidelines are central to success in this role. Accountabilities:
  • Deliver Level 3 post-release services with a focus on intensive in-home engagement and family stabilization.
  • Conduct initial in-home assessments and maintain regular follow-ups, both in-person and virtual, for up to six months.
  • Connect children and sponsor families with appropriate community-based services and resources.
  • Manage a minimum caseload of three active cases, ensuring comprehensive support and advocacy.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with community organizations to enhance service delivery.
  • Adhere to all ORR guidelines, policies, and federal regulations, including Flores Agreement and TVPRA.
  • Report to the PRS Clinical Supervisor and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a relevant behavioral science, or bachelor’s degree with at least five years of clinical experience; licensure preferred or eligible.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Prior experience with ORR HS/PRS preferred.
  • Proficiency in ORR’s Official System of Record (UC Portal).
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within the assigned region, with a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and adequate insurance.
  • Must live within 100 miles of assigned city and be willing to work flexible hours.
  • Strong cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Must pass criminal history and child protection agency screenings.
