Bilingual Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, supporting them with inquiries related to products, services, and account information in both English and Spanish. Working in a fast-paced, remote environment, you will handle a high volume of interactions while ensuring service quality standards are met. Accountabilities:

Respond to incoming customer inquiries across phone, email, or other communication channels while meeting defined service level agreements.
Assist customers with questions related to products, services, policies, and account management in a clear and professional manner.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer issues, discrepancies, and complaints efficiently and accurately.
Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and customer support policies to ensure accurate information delivery.
Follow applicable regulatory, compliance, and operational guidelines when handling customer interactions.
Document interactions and updates accurately within internal systems to ensure continuity of service.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when needed.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or similar client-facing roles.
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive customer situations professionally.
Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced remote environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic proficiency with digital tools and customer service systems.
Ability to work scheduled shifts (Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday between 8:00 AM–7:00 PM CST).
Must be currently residing in the United States.
