One of our companies is currently looking for a Bilingual Credit Analyst in the USA.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the application origination relationship between the company and dealers. You will assess applicants’ creditworthiness by reviewing their profiles, conducting interviews, and making timely credit decisions. Additionally, you will work to help the team achieve origination goals and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible hours, operating in the PST time zone.

Accountabilities:

  • Make accurate and timely credit decisions within company guidelines, ensuring compliance with fair lending, credit, and collateral policies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with dealers to ensure effective communication and smooth business operations.
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to enhance application flow, improve credit quality, and achieve better look-to-book ratios.
  • Negotiate with dealers to secure the best terms for deals while maintaining high dealer satisfaction.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews with prospective clients to validate key application information.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to credit applications, customer service, and other assigned projects.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial or banking roles.
  • Bilingual in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong self-reliance and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates career stability and a solid work history.
