This role is focused on building and improving our reporting capabilities, conducting in-depth trend analysis, and ensuring accurate data flow across all internal and external benefits platforms. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, vendor management skills, and end-to-end process ownership to ensure our benefits programs are competitive, scalable, and aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and a hunger to build, ensuring that our benefits infrastructure supports business growth while being implemented and administered accurately and consistently.How You’ll Make an Impact:<ul><li>Program Analytics & Strategic Improvement</li><ul><li>Conduct in-depth analyses of benefits claims data, performance trends, and plan competitiveness to identify key insights and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Develop and maintain robust reporting dashboards to track program costs, utilization, and vendor performance.</li><li>Leverage data-driven insights to recommend strategic adjustments to our benefits programs across our global locations with a heavy focus on our largest population hubs in the US and Portugal.</li><li>Identify pain points and inefficiencies in benefits administration, proposing and driving improvements through process enhancements and automation.</li></ul><li>Vendor Management & Data Integrity</li><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors, ensuring strong relationships and holding them accountable for performance and data accuracy.</li><li>Own the end-to-end management of data integrity across the network of internal and external benefits portals, performing regular audits and reconciliations.</li><li>Partner closely with Finance, HRIS, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits funding, enrollment data, and financial forecasting.</li></ul><li>Project Management & Execution Discipline</li><ul><li>Drive timelines for key benefits projects, including annual open enrollment, plan implementations, and compliance reporting.</li><li>Own the preparation and facilitation of vendor meetings, ensuring discussions are productive and action items are tracked to completion.</li><li>Proactively track deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure execution remains on schedule.</li></ul></ul>You’ll Enjoy This Role If You Have:If you’re worried about checking all of the boxes, don’t be! In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Salsify employees receive equity in the form of stock options.
