This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Benefit Design and System Support Analyst (REMOTE) in the United States.
This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support and optimize benefit design and claims processing systems in a fast-growing, innovative environment. You will play a key part in troubleshooting, auditing, and implementing benefit configurations across multiple platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The position provides exposure to complex system integrations, process improvements, and client-focused solutions while working remotely. You will have the chance to contribute to operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and deliver impactful solutions that directly affect client outcomes and employee satisfaction. · Manage tickets within a ticketing system, troubleshooting and resolving claims processing issues in a timely manner.
· Analyze and adjudicate benefit design information across multiple software platforms.
· Implement and facilitate benefit designs for new and existing clients based on documentation.
· Collaborate with Implementation, EDI, Clinical, and Account Management teams to ensure accurate system configurations and updates.
· Conduct audits on benefit design errors and provide findings to relevant stakeholders.
· Support Customer Service Representatives in resolving claims processor issues as needed.
· Assist in developing quality assurance processes and evaluating standards to maintain compliance.
· Maintain adherence to HIPAA regulations and participate in required training.
Requirements
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 2–3 years’ experience in a PBM environment, health plan, pharmacy chain, or managed care organization with a focus on systems or plan design.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and thoroughness.
· Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
· Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
