About Little Acorn ABA

At Little Acorn ABA, we help children grow through compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy. We’re looking for an Ohio-licensed BCBA to provide telehealth services, including parent training, assessments, treatment planning, and remote supervision of RBTs, all in compliance with Ohio ABA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (telehealth-appropriate)

• Develop and update individualized treatment plans

• Supervise RBTs remotely according to BACB and Ohio guidelines

• Train parents and caregivers virtually

• Review clinical data and maintain accurate documentation

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)

• Ohio licensure or eligibility

• Authorized to provide telehealth services in Ohio

• Reliable internet and private workspace

• Strong clinical writing and communication skills

Preferred: Telehealth experience, RBT supervision, familiarity with Ohio Medicaid
