Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and provide behavioral consultation to families and caregivers

  • Train and supervise staff on behavioral interventions and strategies

  • Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers to ensure successful implementation of behavioral plans

  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA and incorporate new knowledge into treatment plans

  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education)

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
