Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and provide behavioral consultation to families and caregivers
Train and supervise staff on behavioral interventions and strategies
Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists
Provide ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers to ensure successful implementation of behavioral plans
Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA and incorporate new knowledge into treatment plans
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education)
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
