Your Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
Supervise ABA Therapists/RBTs and provide timely feedback
Monitor client data, update goals, and ensure clinical integrity
Deliver parent training and collaborate with families
Provide documentation and attend virtual or in-person check-ins

What You’ll Need:

Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
Reliable internet for remote work OR transportation for in-person services
Afternoon availability (2–4 days/week)
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
