The Role

We are looking for a Producing Sales Manager or Senior Loan Officer who knows the California market. You will:

• Originate residential loans while leveraging our internal partnership network.

• (If SM) Build and lead a high-performing team of originators.

• Manage the loan process from application to closing with the support of our top-tier ops team.

• Act as a trusted advisor to borrowers, navigating federal and state compliance with ease.

• The Experience: A proven track record of residential mortgage origination in California within the last 3 years.

• The Credentials: Active NMLS license in good standing.

• The Mindset: You are a "connector." You know how to work with business partners to create win-win scenarios.

• The Leadership: (For Sales Managers) Experience coaching and scaling a production team.
