This leader will manage a group of engineers working in a Python-based AWS Lambda environment, driving integrations with external systems (mail, fax, SSO, EHRs) and ensuring Arine’s core services interoperate smoothly with partners and customers.You will be both a people manager and a technical leader—mentoring engineers, shaping technical direction, and occasionally contributing code to guide architectural patterns and quality standards.What You'll Be Doing:<ul class="ul1"><li class="li2" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 2;">Drive customer SSO integrations, including federated user provisioning with AWS Cognito and other identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, etc.)</li><li class="li2" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Lead efforts for EHR integrations, with a particular focus on Epic and other leading health record systems</li><li class="li2" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">7+ years of backend engineering experience with Python</li><li class="li2" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">3+ years of engineering leadership/management experience</li><li class="li2" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Deep experience building integrations with external systems in healthcare, fintech, or similarly regulated environments</li><li class="li2" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Strong knowledge of AWS serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, EventBridge, DynamoDB)</li><li class="li2" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Hands-on experience with SSO and identity federation (SAML, OIDC, AWS Cognito)</li><li class="li2" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;
