We are hiring a B2B Growth Marketing Manager (Demand Generation Lead) whose primary mission is simple and critical: generate qualified pipeline. This role exists to deliver MQLs and book high-intent meetings with healthcare systems, Talent Acquisition leaders, CHROs, and clinical workforce decision-makers.
You will be the engine behind Clasp’s B2B growth motion—turning insights into campaigns that convert and building a predictable, scalable demand engine in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership.
Own the top of funnel; consistently hit monthly MQL and meeting-generation targets.
Deliver qualified pipeline through integrated, repeatable demand programs.
Plan, launch, and optimize 2–3 multichannel demand campaigns per month (email, LinkedIn, paid, ABM, events).
Build account-based marketing strategies for high-priority health systems; develop personalized assets that improve reply rates and accelerate sales cycles.
Lead the B2B content engine by producing quarterly anchor assets (reports, surveys, white papers) that drive inbound interest and outbound conversion.
Run pre- and post-event strategies to maximize booth traffic, capture high-intent leads, and convert event lists into meetings.
Manage B2B digital + paid media (LinkedIn, Google, paid social) to improve CPL/CPM efficiency and reach pipeline goals.
Own HubSpot dashboards, attribution, and weekly performance insights across campaigns.
Develop persona-specific messaging and value propositions for healthcare buyers.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing Leadership to create quarterly GTM briefs and ensure alignment.
Run rapid test → learn → optimize experimentation cycles to increase conversion and accelerate pipeline growth.
4–7+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management (healthcare, HR tech, or SaaS ideal).
Deep understanding of healthcare buyer personas (CNOs, CHROs, TA Directors, HR Ops) and enterprise sales cycles.
Proven ability to deliver lead-generation targets through integrated campaigns (email, ABM, paid, outbound, events).
Experience building ABM strategies and crafting personalized, account-specific assets.
Excellent writing and messaging instincts.
Competency with paid media, SEO/SEM fundamentals, and digital conversion optimization.
Strong analytics skills; HubSpot required.
High ownership, strong project management skills, and a fast, experimental mindset.

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and industry knowledge, ranging between $110,000 to $145,000 annually. In addition to base salary, we offer an attractive equity component as part of our compensation package, providing an opportunity for eligible employees to share in the success and growth of our company.
