Accountabilities:

Lead and expand strategic partnerships with health systems, hospitals, and physician groups, ensuring long-term value creation and client satisfaction.
Drive adoption and optimization of revenue cycle management solutions across client organizations to improve financial and operational outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and client success teams to align delivery with client goals and expectations.
Identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships and support expansion strategies across service offerings.
Serve as a senior escalation point for complex client needs, ensuring timely resolution and sustained trust.
Monitor performance metrics and partnership health to proactively address risks and enhance engagement.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, client success, partnerships, or strategic account leadership roles.
Strong background working with hospitals, health systems, or physician group environments.
Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
Deep understanding of healthcare financial operations, billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
