About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented AV Sales Coordinator to support our sales organization by managing quoting, order processing, client communication, and cross-department coordination. This role is ideal for someone with AV experience who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and enjoys being the connecting point between clients, sales, technical teams, procurement, and finance.


What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Create and manage quotes for AV parts and services using the company CRM and established processes.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely approvals, documentation, and next steps.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments (procurement, finance, technical team, sales).
  • Coordinate internal workflows to ensure orders, services, and project tasks are completed smoothly.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Compile, update, and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and tracking documents.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, including order status, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Support sales team with administrative tasks related to deals, services, and client accounts.


Qualifications

  • 1-2 years Audiovisual (AV) industry experience—knowledge of equipment, services, or integration workflows.
  • Order processing experience (quoting, service orders, procurement coordination, etc.).
  • Services commercial experience—working with service-based offerings, SLAs, support plans, or managed services is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Solution finder who anticipates issues and identifies effective resolutions.
  • Cross-functional communicator able to collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
