We’re constantly innovating to raise the bar of engine and game development.</p></div><h2>AUDIO</h2><h3><strong>What We Do</strong></h3><p>We raise the quality level of audio in all Epic game titles and technologies as well as engage with a world-class team to create amazing gaming experiences.</p><h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3><p>As a member of the Epic Audio Team, you will use your technical and creative skills to their fullest, helping define the future of interactive audio technology.</p><h3><strong>In this role, you will</strong></h3><ul><li>Create and implement voiceover content for various key Fortnite assets at a high quality</li><li><span>Collaborate with voice directors and talent to create effective voiceovers for iconic characters </span></li><li><span>Develop sound and voiceover design skills to match the Fortnite aesthetic</span></li><li><span>Work closely with audio, art, animation, and design teams to troubleshoot and implement solutions</span></li><li><span>Utilize UE5 blueprints, MetaSounds and data assets to hook up and test voiceover assets</span></li><li><span>Evaluate mix and implementation of voiceover assets in-game, and adjust according to standards and gameplay needs</span></li><li><span>Look for opportunities to help with more advanced tasks as skills improve, and work with production to understand how to assist the team with deadline-based tasks </span></li></ul><h3><strong>What we're looking for</strong></h3><ul><li>A good understanding of game audio experiences and the video game development process</li><li>At least 3 years of experience with voiceover recording, collaboration with director and talent, editing, processing techniques, and implementation</li><li>Passionate about game audio and voiceover; should be able to talk about and deconstruct other current games’ audio and voiceover quality and implementation</li><li>Ability to design, edit, mix, master and implement content for interactive and linear media under tight deadlines</li><li>Strong core competency in at least one major DAW</li><li>Previous experience in a game engine and familiarity with game development concepts</li><li>Ability to collaborate across disciplines to create effective audio</li><li>Strong self-management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently while having a great team player attitude</li></ul><h2>EPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFE</h2><p><span data-sheets-userformat="{"2":13201,"3":{"1":0},"7":{"1":[{"1":2,"2":0,"5":{"1":2,"2":13421772}},{"1":0,"2":0,"3":3},{"1":1,"2":0,"4":1}]},"10":0,"11":4,"12":0,"15":"Roboto","16":10}">Our intent is to cover all things that are medically necessary and improve the quality of life.
