The Atlassian Delivery leader is accountable for enterprise-wide delivery, transformation, and modernization initiatives across the Atlassian ecosystem. This role provides strategic ownership and execution leadership for large, complex programs involving Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and integrated toolchains.


The leader ensures Atlassian platforms enable business agility, operational efficiency, and scalable delivery outcomes across multiple teams and business units.



What you will do:

Enterprise Delivery & Portfolio Ownership
  • Own delivery outcomes for a portfolio of Atlassian programs across the enterprise
  • Establish delivery governance, standards, and operating rhythms
  • Manage interdependencies, risks, and escalations across programs
Transformation & Migration Leadership
  • Lead enterprise Atlassian transformations, including Server/Data Center to Cloud migrations
  • Drive platform standardization, simplification, and modernization
  • Ensure secure, compliant, and resilient Atlassian environments
Stakeholder & Business Alignment
  • Partner with senior IT and business leaders to align Atlassian capabilities with enterprise goals
  • Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps and execution plans
  • Provide clear executive-level status, metrics, and insights
Team & Operating Model Leadership
  • Lead and mentor program managers, architects, and delivery teams
  • Enable Agile, DevOps, and ITSM operating models using Atlassian tools
  • Promote adoption, change management, and continuous improvement
Metrics & Value Realization
  • Define and track KPIs focused on adoption, performance, cost, and business impact
  • Ensure delivery success is measured by outcomes, not just tool implementation


Qualifications and Skills:
  • 15+ years in enterprise IT delivery, platform transformation, or program leadership
  • Deep experience delivering and operating Atlassian platforms at enterprise scale
  • Proven leadership of complex Atlassian migrations and transformations
  • Strong understanding of Agile, ITSM, DevOps, and enterprise governance
  • Experience managing multi-team, multi-program portfolios
  • Excellent executive communication and decision-making skills


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Atlassian certifications
  • Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments
  • Global or distributed team leadership


Travel Requirements:
  • 25 - 40% travel for internal events and client trips


$170,000 - $200,000 a year
Compensation at Cprime varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Cprime provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, and Washington D.C. as set forth above.

Benefits (Salaried employees):
Medical/Vision/Dental: Cprime offers plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Paid Holidays: Cprime provides ten (10) paid standard Holidays.
Paid Time Off or Vacation: Cprime provides up to twenty (20) days of paid time off per year (to be used for both vacation and/or sick time).
Parental Leave: Cprime provides four (4) weeks of paid parental leave if certain eligibility requirements are met.
Retirement Plans: Cprime offers the opportunity to participate in our 401(K) plan. Employees are eligible to enroll thirty (30) days after their official start date. A company match may be offered annually on a discretionary basis if certain eligibility requirements are met.
Other Compensation: Our bonus programs reward our people for their achievements and their contributions to our business. Cprime provides a monthly cell phone stipend and an annual health and wellness stipend to all full-time employees.
