• Serve as the primary client relationship leader, developing trust-based partnerships and a long-term value roadmap.

• Lead client negotiations and contract discussions to close multimillion-dollar deals successfully.
• Oversee the quality and delivery of client-facing materials, including presentations, proposals, and analytics reports.

• Track and maintain accurate pipeline and account records using CRM systems.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or senior client-facing sales roles.
• Proven track record in selling professional services, consulting solutions, and strategic healthcare deals.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, perioperative operations, and industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow client accounts, acting as an account owner.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
