This role is an entry-level opportunity within a regulated laboratory production environment, contributing directly to the manufacturing and quality preparation of critical diagnostic consumables used in global healthcare testing. You will be part of a highly structured operations team supporting essential processes such as reagent preparation, calibration, and value assignment testing that enable accurate diagnostic results for patients worldwide. The position requires precision, consistency, and adherence to strict standard operating procedures in a quality-driven setting. You will work closely with production and operations colleagues to ensure smooth workflow execution and continuous process improvement. This is an on-site role offering hands-on experience in life sciences manufacturing and exposure to high-impact diagnostic technologies. It is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in regulated laboratory or biotech production environments.


Accountabilities
  • Execute core production tasks including pack prefill, conjugate in-process testing (IPT), calibrator prefill, and value assignment testing in accordance with defined standard operating procedures.
  • Follow strict laboratory protocols to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in all production and quality-related activities.
  • Collaborate with the Reagent Operations team to support production flow, resolve operational needs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements while supporting safe and efficient lab operations.
  • Document activities accurately and ensure proper handling of materials and equipment used in diagnostic production processes.
  • Support team objectives by contributing to a culture of reliability, precision, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a scientific or technical field, or equivalent relevant experience in a laboratory or production environment.
  • 0–1 year of experience working in a regulated lab, manufacturing, or quality-controlled environment.
  • Ability to apply basic analytical thinking and scientific methods to execute routine operational tasks accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently follow SOPs and quality guidelines.
  • Basic PC skills and familiarity with standard data entry or production tracking tools.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with a willingness to learn in a structured, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in regulated environments or working with scientific protocols is a plus.
