Accountabilities:
  • Support the end-to-end application lifecycle by assisting in the capture, documentation, and refinement of business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical engineers, architects, and product teams to translate high-level needs into detailed functional specifications.
  • Participate in testing activities, including test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and validation of delivered solutions.
  • Analyze system data and performance to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for process and application improvements.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and support the development of corrective action plans for identified defects or incidents.
  • Assist in requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Support compliance with internal standards, security policies, and healthcare regulatory requirements such as HIPAA.
  • Document processes, system behavior, and solution designs to ensure clarity and consistency across delivery teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–3 years of experience in technical analysis, application support, or systems-oriented roles.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, interoperability, or middleware technologies is a plus.
  • Exposure to testing processes, defect tracking, or application support environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of tools or platforms such as Epic Bridges or Rhapsody is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $58,100 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave.
  • Professional development and training opportunities.
  • Flexible work arrangements (office-based or remote, depending on role needs).
  • Opportunities to work in healthcare technology and large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Inclusive and compliant work environment focused on security, privacy, and ethical standards.
