Superdigital is looking for an Associate Strategy Director who can join our team, leading social strategy for one of our biggest clients. ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Develop social and brand strategies across core platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, Reddit, etc.)
- Keep a constant pulse on trending topics and cultural moments, providing recommendations for brand opportunities
- Understand consumer mindsets, attitudes, behaviors and media motivation and how to translate them into compelling insights
- Dig deep into performance metrics & platform analytics to create learnings & drive creative optimizations
- Develop creative briefs and manage the briefing process with creative team
- Bring fresh perspectives and new ideas
- Present to senior-level clients
- Contribute to cross-agency thought leadership initiatives
ABOUT YOU:
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Solid interest in gaming (bonus points if you’ve worked with gaming clients previously)
- Audience-first strategist who loves to dig into consumer, category, and cultural insights who can distill their research into an actionable brief
- Curious and enthusiastic consumer of culture
- You geek out over social media and have a deep understanding of how each platform works (particularly TikTok, IG and YouTube)
- Natural storyteller and superior presenter, who can create inspiring decks in your sleep
- Equally comfortable with bigger picture and smaller details, consistently driving the team towards the larger vision
- Experience presenting to senior-level clients, and comfortable being a proactive participant and driver of client conversations
- You thrive on cross-department collaboration and partner closely with your analytics, creative, and account peers
- You have experience with social listening tools and creating monthly/quarterly performance reports (GWI and Tubular experience is a plus)
