In this role, you will serve as a key relationship owner responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong connections with contractors, clients, and internal teams within a high-touch staffing environment. You will act as the primary liaison across assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication, satisfaction, and retention of talent placed in critical education and clinical support roles. The position blends relationship management, problem-solving, and operational coordination to ensure successful placements and long-term engagement. You will regularly engage with contractors and client stakeholders to address needs, resolve challenges, and support performance outcomes. Working in a mission-driven, people-focused environment, you will contribute directly to improving service delivery in K–12 special education support programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, service-oriented settings and enjoys building long-term professional relationships with measurable impact.


Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end relationships across a portfolio of contractors and clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and operational continuity.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and clients, conducting onboarding, check-ins, and ongoing engagement activities
  • Maintain strong relationships across assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with expectations and job requirements
  • Monitor contractor performance, address concerns, and proactively resolve day-to-day operational or behavioral issues
  • Mediate between clients and contractors to resolve conflicts and establish clear, actionable improvement plans
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment, client services, payroll, and business development teams to ensure smooth placement and contract execution
  • Support renewals and extensions by assessing client needs and identifying opportunities for continued engagement
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, updates, and follow-ups using internal tracking systems and dashboards

Requirements:

This role requires strong interpersonal abilities, operational awareness, and experience in relationship-driven or staffing environments.

  • 2+ years of experience in staffing, account management, customer success, or relationship-focused roles
  • Strong understanding of business operations, service delivery models, and client relationship management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Proven ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage structured workflows and reporting tools
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and tailor communication to different audiences
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong customer service orientation and professionalism
