Requirements

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources. It is well suited for early-career HR professionals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 0–2+ years of HR experience or relevant internship/co-op exposure preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and documentation habits
  • Ability to build relationships and support employees with empathy and a service-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • SHRM or PHR certification (or interest in pursuing) is a plus

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 – $70,000 USD annually
  • Potential eligibility for bonus and equity-based compensation depending on role and level
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) options
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
