This role is an opportunity to help protect and strengthen a global online marketplace by identifying risks, investigating suspicious activity, and supporting a trusted user experience. As part of a collaborative Trust & Safety function, you will analyze user behavior, review transactions, and resolve complex cases that impact platform integrity. You will combine investigative skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to address fraud, policy violations, and safety concerns. The position offers exposure to risk operations, fraud prevention, and marketplace safety practices in a fast-moving technology environment. You will work cross-functionally while helping create a safer and more reliable digital community for users worldwide.
The Associate Investigator, Trust and Safety will serve as a frontline contributor responsible for detecting risks, investigating platform activity, and maintaining a secure user environment.
