The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background in litigation and investigations, experience managing eDiscovery vendors and outside counsel, and a demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive compliance and operational excellence.</span></p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">eDiscovery Program Management</span></strong></p><ul><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Coordinate all aspects of eDiscovery work across the in-house legal team for litigations and investigations, including legal holds, document preservation, early case assessment, and document review.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Manage Outside Counsel and eDiscovery vendors to ensure consistency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across the firm’s case portfolio.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Internalize appropriate eDiscovery tasks and optimize workflows by ensuring responsibilities are effectively distributed among internal teams, law firms, and vendors.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Coordinate with internal counsel to manage data collections, apply search protocols, and oversee document review processes for internal investigations.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Develop and oversee eDiscovery budgets, implementing cost-control measures and optimizing resource allocation to ensure efficient spending and substantial cost savings in litigation and investigation processes.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Technology Strategy &amp; Innovation</span></strong></p><ul><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Stay current on eDiscovery technology advancements, including AI-driven tools such as Technology-Assisted Review (TAR) and GenAI for document review.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Recommend and implement new technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the eDiscovery process.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Collaborate with internal teams, including programmers, to develop and implement cost-effective, technology-driven eDiscovery solutions.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></strong></p><ul><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Act as a liaison with Compliance, IT, Records &amp; Information Management, and Information Security to advise on initiatives with eDiscovery implications, such as AI governance, Mobile Device policies, cloud-based platforms, and defensible disposition strategies.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Partner with international legal teams to ensure adherence to global eDiscovery obligations, including GDPR compliance and other privacy regulations.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Work closely with cybersecurity and Information Security teams to manage incident response eDiscovery investigations.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Collaborate with procurement and compliance teams to develop and implement legal records frameworks for risk management, records assessment, and defensible disposition.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Lead initiatives to procure, implement, and maintain enterprise archiving solutions for e-communications, audio recordings, and other data sources.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Program Development &amp; Continuous Improvement</span></strong></p><ul><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Monitor industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes to assess their impact on the firm’s eDiscovery program.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, building partnerships across departments to advance eDiscovery and data governance goals.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Educate internal teams on eDiscovery best practices, legal obligations, and information governance requirements.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">&nbsp;To be successful in this position, you will have the following:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Superb analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Outstanding organizational and time management skills</span></li></ul><h3><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Company Benefits &amp;
