We are seeking an Associate Director, Personalization to craft visionary digital solutions and deliver transformational brand experiences for our clients. In this pivotal role, you will support our Personalization Director in achieving channel objectives and driving growth.

Role and Responsibilities- Drive the growth and adoption of testing and personalization initiatives, leveraging advanced technologies to deliver impactful results
- Develop and implement data-driven testing and personalization strategies that align with client business objectives
- Create detailed project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and ownership to ensure seamless execution
- Analyze campaign performance by generating reports, providing actionable insights, and refining iterative testing plans to maximize effectiveness
- Accelerate activation of testing and personalization strategies, ensuring measurable ROI on client CRO investments
- Optimize testing and personalization efforts through robust audience segmentation and strategic targeting
- Provide expert consulting and roadmap development for website optimization and tailored customer experience strategies
- Collaborate with design teams to design user journeys and finalize content for A/B testing and personalization initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing and personalization workflows, proactively identifying areas for improvement
- Lead a team of Personalization Specialists to execute multiple client projects
- Uncover opportunities for expansion and enhancement to foster account growth and performance
- Oversee the configuration, administration, and operation of CRO platforms to support multi-channel campaign efforts
- Conduct audits of CRO platform configurations, providing actionable recommendations to improve performance and scalability
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert and trusted advisor; actively support business development initiatives
Preferred Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in product management, testing, and personalization with a proven track record driving customer experience improvements
- Digital-first agency experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and data reporting
- Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation tools, and omni-channel campaign management platforms
- Experience working with tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with tag management systems and data layers
- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Web development experience, including understanding of database management and APIs
- Self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to achieving customer success
- An innovative, problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering solutions
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to pick up new technology/tools quickly and proficiently
- Demonstrated success thriving in a team-oriented environment that prioritizes accountability, continuous learning, and adaptability
- Fluent in English; confident leading client meetings and discussions
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, information technology, related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
$118,000 - $140,000 a year
Individual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs. The mid-range to maximum of the salary range is generally reserved for individuals who are highly experienced in the role.
