  • Manage a cross-functional product team to drive the product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Training to provide product expertise, support launch initiatives, and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Lab Operations, Regulatory, Quality, and Customer Support to align product development with business objectives.
  • Define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with clinical needs and market expectations.
  • Monitor development milestones, proactively identify risks, and implement strategies to meet launch timelines.
  • Provide ongoing product education and support to internal teams and key stakeholders to enhance execution and market success.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or similar roles, with a focus on healthcare or life sciences.
  • Proven experience managing products through the full lifecycle, especially during development and market launch.
  • Strong knowledge of high-risk pregnancy, maternal-fetal medicine, or diagnostic testing markets.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation, product excellence, and patient impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive market differentiation and achieve product adoption goals.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with a range of $158,300—$210,900 USD annually.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families, including fertility care benefits.
  • Paid parental leave and bonding time for all new parents, including adoptive and foster parents.
  • 401(k) plan with company match, supporting long-term financial growth.
  • Flexible remote work environment with optional office access and commuter support.
  • Generous PTO policy plus paid company holidays.
  • Professional development opportunities, including training, mentorship, and learning stipends.
  • Employee referral programs and additional wellness benefits supporting physical and mental health.
