This role sits at the intersection of education program management, compliance oversight, and strategic operations, ensuring the integrity and success of a multi-year state grant initiative. You will oversee end-to-end compliance for complex instructional leadership programs, supporting districts in implementing high-quality educational practices aligned with state requirements. Acting as a key operational and strategic partner, you will translate regulatory frameworks into actionable processes that drive accountability and impact. This position requires strong analytical thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments across districts and state agencies. You will play a critical role in ensuring funding compliance, reporting accuracy, and program effectiveness while enabling instructional improvement at scale. Accountabilities:- Lead end-to-end compliance management for the multi-year grant lifecycle, including planning, implementation, reporting, and sustainability phases.
- Monitor and track grant milestones, ensuring all deliverables align with state education agency requirements and program standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison for compliance reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required data and documentation.
- Coordinate with finance, program, and district teams to ensure proper tracking and documentation of allowable costs and funding usage.
- Oversee regulatory compliance across training programs, coaching initiatives, and instructional support activities.
- Develop and maintain operational systems, templates, and workflows that support compliance accuracy and efficiency.
- Support risk assessment, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across grant-funded initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure instructional materials and professional learning tools meet required standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across districts, leadership teams, and state partners.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in program compliance, grant management, education operations, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in state and federal grant regulations, including reporting requirements and allowable cost structures.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs within regulated or public-sector environments.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the ability to translate regulations into operational processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and compliance frameworks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across district, state, and internal teams.
- Experience designing workflows, operational tools, or compliance tracking systems.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational capability, and comfort working in structured compliance environments.
