Our Lilly Business Insights and Analytics (BI&A) team is comprised of 450+ individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. We enable relevant, real-time, data driven business decisions across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and a range of other functions across Lilly, leading to best-in-class customer engagements that improve patient outcomes.Â

You will be part of our Team Lilly integrated effort that's setting new standards in customer excellence and innovation. Your expertise can help shape the future of customer engagement at Lilly.Â
Associate Director, Customer Personalization Insights & Analytics, will serve as an organizational change agent in helping achieve our personalization objectives. You will collaborate across business, tech, data, engineering, content and other experts to help build and deliver data-driven personalization at scale, globally. You will identify, track, and analyze customer data; enable seamless end-to-end personalized experiences; support enterprise onboarding of new MarTech solutions; drive patient outcomes and business results. You will predominantly focus on Health Care Professional (HCP) audiences, supporting both individual therapeutic areas and enterprise standard capabilities, globally.
An ideal candidate is energized by a continually evolving environment, and possesses a blend of analytical expertise, business understanding and critical thinking. They have high learning agility and can quickly build trust and rapport with colleagues and leaders at varying levels. They champion a collaborative team culture and have a track record of being bold, fast and clear. The position reports to Executive Director of Business Insights and Analytics, HCP Personalization.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$122,250 - $179,300Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
