Pacvue has grown even faster than most high-tech companies in the market.  </li></ul>About the role: The Associate Director of Events Marketing will partner with our global events leadership team to drive the strategy, planning, and execution of industry events that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. Reporting to the Director of Events Marketing, this role owns a portfolio of both Pacvue-owned and industry events end to end. This role will manage a small team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong people manager, and hands-on executor who thrives in fast-paced environments.  Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the planning and execution of industry and Pacvue-owned events (e.g., trade shows, conferences, Pacvue-owned in-person activations), from concept through post-event analysis </li><li>Develop event plans aligned to broader marketing and business objectives, including audience targeting, messaging, and success metrics </li><li>Manage and mentor two direct reports, providing clear direction, coaching, and feedback </li><li>Oversee event budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with demand generation, sales, product marketing, and customer teams to maximize event impact </li><li>Lead on-site event execution, including booth experience, staffing plans, and run-of-show management </li><li>Define and track KPIs for event performance (e.g., pipeline influence, lead quality, engagement), and deliver clear post-event reporting and insights </li><li>Continuously evaluate and optimize the events portfolio based on performance, ROI, and audience relevance </li><li>Stay current on industry trends, competitive presence, and emerging event opportunities </li></ul>Skills & Qualifications: <ul><li>7+ years of experience in events or field marketing, with a strong focus on industry or third-party events, particularly in a B2B enterprise environment </li><li>2+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to develop and lead teams </li><li>Demonstrated success managing large-scale events and complex logistics </li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines </li><li>Experience partnering closely with sales and cross-functional stakeholders </li><li>Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and reporting on event ROI </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills </li><li>Willingness to travel as needed for events </li><li>Experience managing vendor relationships </li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) </li></ul>Benefits: <ul><li>Flexible Paid Time Off  </li><li>Paid Holidays and Floating Holidays </li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Life Insurance and Pet Insurance </li><li>401k with Employer Match </li><li>Take up to 2 Days of Paid Time Off to Volunteer with a 501c Organization </li><li>Paid Parental Leave </li></ul>The annual base salary range for this position is $120k-145k USD. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data for their location.
