  • Promote consistent use of modern architecture patterns, including medallion data layers (Bronze, Silver, Gold), semantic layers, and standardized integration approaches.
  • Support data modeling activities and enforce enterprise data modeling standards across teams and domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between architecture principles, governance requirements, and execution delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, or analytics, ideally within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong experience with enterprise-scale data initiatives, particularly in Clinical Development, R&D, or related domains.
  • Solid understanding of modern data architectures, including data lakehouse, data mesh, and medallion frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and tools such as Databricks.
  • Familiarity with Master Data Management (e.g., Reltio), data governance/catalog tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra), and data quality frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques, including metadata, lineage, and reference data concepts.
  • Understanding of GxP and regulatory requirements in a life sciences context.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence adoption of enterprise standards in global, matrixed environments.

Benefits
