This senior creative role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and digital innovation, shaping how major brands express themselves across fast-moving digital and social ecosystems. The Associate Director, Copywriting will lead high-impact creative work across complex briefs, translating business objectives into compelling narratives that drive engagement, conversion, and brand growth. Operating in a highly collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment, this role partners closely with art directors, strategists, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, and video channels. You will also guide and mentor a team of writers, helping elevate creative craft while shaping the overall voice and tone of key accounts. This is an opportunity to influence both the creative output and the strategic direction of global brands in a culture built on curiosity, speed, and experimentation.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development of high-quality copy across major accounts, setting creative standards and ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence across all outputs
  • Translate strategic briefs into compelling, platform-native concepts that drive engagement, brand perception, and measurable business outcomes
  • Write and oversee both long-form and short-form content across digital, social, and campaign channels, ensuring clarity, impact, and conversion focus
  • Collaborate closely with art directors, strategists, and production teams to develop integrated creative concepts from ideation through execution
  • Shape and present creative ideas through clear, persuasive storytelling and well-structured presentations that align stakeholders and clients
  • Develop creator concepts and platform-first content strategies aligned with cultural and social trends
  • Lead creative workshops and contribute to defining brand narratives, tone of voice, and long-term creative territories
  • Guide and mentor junior and mid-level copywriters, providing feedback to elevate craft and support their professional growth
  • Contribute to the broader creative vision of accounts by proactively sharing insights, ideas, and cultural perspectives

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital-first copywriting, ideally within creative agencies or fast-paced brand environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across performance marketing, social-first campaigns, and integrated 360 creative projects
  • Proven ability to connect creative storytelling with business objectives and measurable KPIs
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, social media ecosystems, and evolving content consumption behaviors
  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to generate ideas that break through in crowded digital environments
  • Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams including strategy, design, and production partners
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience mentoring or guiding creative talent
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and sell creative ideas
