At Qu you will:
Analysis & Insights
β Analyze client POS, customer, and operations data and call out findings that can help businesses improve their performance
β Create visualizations and reports that help storytell findings to clients
β Build dashboards and reports based on client needs
β Perform data cleansing on larger data sets
β Monitor and manage data quality and troubleshoot issues
Collaboration & Strategy
β Assist senior team members in creating technology roadmaps & data strategies by assisting with stakeholder interviews, creating map drafts, and building requirements
β Take notes and help with time keeping during workshops, facilitate smaller break out groups in workshops
β Be part of client delivery teams, collaboration with other team members to deliver to client expectations and manage project timelines
Key Measures for Success:
β Deliver billable work for clients that increases the capacity (revenue) of the company
β Produce measurable changes and impact for our clients
β Receives positive feedback from clients on deliverables
β Increase client repeat rate and retention of services clients and crossover product clients
β Brings in new knowledge and contributes to the growth of both the products and the services branch of the company
What we're looking for:
β Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics
β Experience with SQL, R or Python
β Strong understanding of statistics and different statistical models related to business
β Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
β A problem-solver who thrives in fast paced environments
