This role is a strategic customer-facing position focused on driving retention, growth, and long-term value within a portfolio of enterprise transportation accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining consultative sales and account management to expand solution adoption and strengthen customer partnerships. Working remotely with occasional travel, you will collaborate closely with clients, internal operations teams, and technical experts to ensure service excellence and consistent delivery. The position requires balancing commercial growth with customer success, ensuring both revenue expansion and strong satisfaction outcomes. You will also play a key role in contract management, renewal strategy, and business reviews with senior stakeholders. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and centered on data-driven decision-making and enterprise relationship management.


Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic transportation accounts, driving revenue retention, expansion, and overall account growth through consultative engagement.
  • Develop and execute detailed account plans, including customer insights, risk analysis, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify and promote additional products and solutions to expand customer adoption and increase portfolio penetration.
  • Lead contract renewals, manage customer agreements, and collaborate on RFP responses and renewal proposals.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews, presenting performance insights, value delivery, and improvement recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, product, and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, analyze program performance, and proactively address risks or service gaps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or consultative sales roles, preferably with enterprise or national/global accounts.
  • Strong ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive revenue growth through solution-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
