This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career attorney to deepen their expertise in corporate law while gaining hands-on experience with program operations in a customer-facing, tech-forward environment.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role offers unique exposure to legal issues at the intersection of technology, accessibility, and compliance, providing a broader scope than traditional in-house roles.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>How you’ll Contribute:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><a href="https://www.audioeye.com/solution/audioeye-assurance/">AudioEye Legal Defense</a> Program (60%)</span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a key point of contact for legal claim reviews and responses related to digital accessibility.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Review and analyze potential legal claims directed at AudioEye clients&nbsp;</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with legal, product, and engineering teams to assess claims and respond to customer questions</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead customer legal support calls with AudioEye customers, discussing claim resolution and litigation strategies</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain knowledge of evolving digital accessibility laws and regulations (ADA, WCAG, Section 508, etc.)</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support internal stakeholders as a primary point of contact for legal support program questions</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Propose and help implement process enhancements (e.g., claim evaluation prompt improvements, template iteration)</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Corporate Counsel (40%)</span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including service contracts, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and vendor agreements</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with regulatory compliance matters</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct legal research on corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory issues</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support intellectual property matters including trademark filings</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
