  • Develop and implement communication plans, ensuring clear and consistent updates to all stakeholders
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting, insights, and recommendations
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing enhancements across project workflows
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure alignment with defined objectives and service level agreements
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure expectations are consistently met or exceeded

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly across all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience interpreting and synthesizing data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency with standard business tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability in matrixed environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and competing demands effectively
  • Client-facing experience with a strong understanding of business needs and service delivery expectations
  • Self-directed mindset with the ability to work independently while escalating appropriately when needed

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary range of $120,000 – $130,000, based on experience and location
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • Financial benefits including 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, tuition reimbursement, and student loan assistance
