The person in this role will serve as a mentor to designers/editors, providing senior client counsel as needed, overseeing design/editing execution, visual best practices, quality of work, and providing experiential design/editing insight confidently. This person is responsible for developing, grooming, and fostering the designers/editors skill set and identifying training opportunities.
