As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects, assisting in planning, coordination, and execution. You will collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks, support documentation and reporting, and communicate effectively across teams. · Support project management on large-scale construction projects ($20M+), assisting with planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
· Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· Manage and maintain project documentation, including plans, contracts, reports, and schedules.
· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support resolution of issues to maintain timelines and budgets.
· Utilize construction management software (PlanGrid, Procore, Sage 300 Timberline) for project tracking and reporting.
· Assist in preparing project updates, status reports, and communications for stakeholders.
· Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all project activities.
Requirements
· 3+ years of experience in construction management on projects valued at $20M or more.
· High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
· Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
· Proficiency with PlanGrid, Procore, and Sage 300 Timberline.
· Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office programs.
· Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
· Strong written, verbal, and in-person communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, and community stakeholders.
