About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate attorney to join our legal team, reporting to the VP Legal - Litigation, Dispute Resolution & Insurance. This role will join a dynamic group of in-house legal professionals in a highly collaborative environment that partners with leaders throughout the organization to advance CrowdStrike’s interests.

In this role you will perform a broad range of litigation-related legal work while specializing in complex litigation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate complex legal issues to senior business leaders. This individual will play a critical role in risk analysis, risk mitigation, dispute strategy and resolution, and will be a strong advocate for CrowdStrike.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage all aspects of litigation, including commercial, securities and class action litigation.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders across departments, including finance, compliance, engineering and many others to provide strategic litigation advice and risk management.

  • Collaborate with and manage outside counsel on litigation strategy, from initial case assessments through resolution, including discovery, motions, and trials.

  • Represent CrowdStrike externally at depositions and attend hearings and meetings on behalf of CrowdStrike.

  • Advise on and manage pre-litigation disputes, including contract and business-related conflicts, while working proactively to mitigate potential litigation risks.

  • Conduct internal investigations related to corporate governance, securities issues, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Assist internal stakeholders and work with outside counsel in matters relating to government inquiries. .

  • Report to senior leadership on key litigation developments and risk management strategies.

  • Manage outside counsel effectively to ensure high-quality legal services and cost management, including budget management, forecasting and accruals.

  • Stay updated on litigation trends and emerging risks relevant to CrowdStrike.

What You’ll Need:

  • 15+ years of relevant legal experience.

  • Broad experience and a proven track record of managing and resolving complex litigation.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to balance legal risks with business goals.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • A collaborative mindset and a team-oriented attitude.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active membership in good standing with a state bar.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry.

  • Experience managing internal legal teams.

  • Experience with securities and derivative litigation.

  • Experience with class action litigation.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $210,000 - $285,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
