Core Duties and Responsibilities
Office Administration: Answering, screening, and directing phone calls; greeting clients; managing incoming/outgoing mail.
Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences for staff or executives.
Communication & Documentation: Preparing, editing, and distributing correspondence, reports, memos, and emails.
Data & Records Management: Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring data accuracy.
Office Support: Ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and arranging travel.
Specialized Support: In some roles, performing basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or assisting with project-based tasks.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or certificate in administration is often preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or similar role.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal/written communication, and ability to multitask.
