We are seeking a strategic and user-focused product leader to manage the development and execution of client-facing assets such as dashboards, bots, widgets, and reports. In this role, you will guide a team of product managers to deliver high-impact solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will translate user insights into actionable product strategies, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and optimize assets for maximum adoption and ROI. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of SaaS or automation products and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Accountabilities:
- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of client-facing assets that deliver measurable value to MSP clients.
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and workshops to uncover client needs and guide asset prioritization.
- Manage a team of Asset Product Managers, ensuring rapid prototyping, iteration, and delivery of scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain a strategic asset roadmap aligned with client feedback and company vision.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics teams to define value propositions and Go-to-Market strategies.
- Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption, usage, satisfaction, and ROI.
- Present updates, roadmaps, and insights to internal stakeholders and external clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years leading SaaS or automation-focused teams.
- Proven experience conducting user research, segmentation, and building client personas.
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows into scalable, actionable solutions.
- Experience with product management and analytics tools such as Jira, UserPilot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of building trust with clients and executives.
- Background in MSP, SaaS, workflow automation, or data analytics is highly desirable.
- Passion for GenAI, automation, and solving real customer problems.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
