We hope we can partner together to achieve those goals.</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Project Background:</strong></span></p><p>The Financial Services Modernization (FSM) program will address the need to select a new financial system service provider to implement improved and integrated financial system capabilities in support of its financial, procurement, and asset management operations to replace the current financial system (Momentum).</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Project Description:</strong></span></p><p>The client is looking for the full range of asset management services to support the government staff including assistance with cradle-to-grave asset management including asset entry, inventory, depreciation, and retirement and knowledge of asset management systems/software for possible procurement activities, policy and quality assurance including development of standards and consistency. </p><p> <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Tasks/Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Support End-to-End Asset Management (asset entry, tracking, inventory, depreciation, retirement)</li><li>Support development of Asset Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)</li><li>Support documentation of Asset Management system requirements</li><li>Support the review of Asset Management systems and provide recommendations</li><li>Support the documentation of Asset Management processes and procedures for asset entry and tracking</li><li>Assist with the development, review, and update of Asset Management workflows;</li><li>Assist with the development, review, and update of Asset Management quality controls;</li><li>Review currently available Asset Management report, recommend updates and new reports if necessary;</li><li>The ability to work with a report designer to develop new reports if necessary;</li><li>Assist with daily and long-term operational and strategic management of assets;</li><li>Participate in inventory of assets;</li><li>Assist the organization in making strategic decisions to optimize Asset Management system usage;</li><li>Assist with the development of Quality Control measures</li><li>Assist with entry of asset information;</li><li>Assist with performing verification and audit of asset management system;</li><li>Research industry Best Practices and document approaches for implementation;</li><li>Assist with the development of training plan/program;</li><li>Work with stakeholders to develop key performance indicators</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Required Skills:</strong></span></p><ul><li>US Citizenship Required / Background Investigation required to attain favorable entry on duty (EOD)</li><li>BA/BS with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a position related to acquisition program management and/or contracting supporting Federal acquisition programs/projects.</li><li>3-5 years strong writing, editing, and reviewing of procurement documents within the acquisition lifecycle; : Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, Justification and Approvals, , Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, Security related documentation and Request for Service Contract</li><li>Prepare and maintain standard Contracts Reports (daily, weekly and monthly requirements)</li><li>Assist with preparing and processing contract modifications, change orders, and Equipment/Engineering Change Proposal actions</li><li>Familiar with the Government Contracting arena, Contract Types (T&M, FFP, CPFF, BOAs, IDIQS, etc.) and acquisition processes</li></ul><p> </p><p>At Teracore, we support, depend and thrive on differences for the benefit of our associates and customers.
