We are looking for an Art Director to join our team. You play a key role in conceptualizing and bringing ideas to life visually. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns across various print and digital media platforms. You have deep knowledge of pharmaceutical regulation and are able to deliver quality design within specified guardrails. You will report to the Associate Creative Director, Art.
This role is open to remote candidates in the United States or Canada, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone.
Responsibilities:
- Transform ideas and insights into compelling visual stories that resonate with the target audience.
- You have strong typographic and compositional skills (illustration a plus)
- Understand and apply direction from creative leadership
- Present design deliverables to supervisors/leadership team in a way that is clear and meets objectives of assigned tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute relevant problem solving ideas.
- Execute quality work that is on strategy and reflects brand standards, with minimum revisions.
- Ability to conceptualize/explore unique and diverse design styles
- Stay abreast of industry, competitor, and cultural trends, pulling these references into creative ideas; influence industry trends and contribute to shaping agency strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, fine art, graphic design or related field. Master's degree is an asset.
- At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 3 years of experience working in an agency environment
- You understand the advertising industry and have a toolkit of experience that is valuable for pharmaceutical brands
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite as it applies to print and digital projects.
- Excellent presentation and client interaction skills.
