The Approvals and Alignment Coordinator supports the Curriculum Compliance and School Support Supervisor in coordinating curriculum and course approval processes, standards alignment reviews, and school-facing compliance needs. This role focuses on execution, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure curriculum programs meet regulatory requirements and are positioned for successful implementation in schools.
The coordinator works closely with internal curriculum teams and school stakeholders to support approval submissions, maintain alignment documentation, and assist with compliance-related processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely completion of approval and alignment workstreams that contribute to improved student outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.Â
We anticipate the salary range to be $52,439.25.00 to $62,500.00 per year. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
