This position is responsible for the development and support of connectivity solutions between TruStage and decision engine vendors and other ancillary products and strategic partners. This role is responsible for planning, organizing and managing technology projects and systems.Â

Â
New Contract Administration: Work closely with Legal, Compliance and Contracting manage due diligence process and collect required background information from external distributors. On-boarding of external distributors, which includes the processing of paperwork, inputting information into BFY Wholesale in addition to other computer systems, including, but not limited to, EDI, EDAA, PeopleSoft and Rep Info Center (RIC).Â
Ongoing Contract Maintenance: Work closely with Legal and Compliance to schedule annual reviews of each distributor; ensure current product and system approval status, entity and advisor information, track and calculate sales incentives, distribute required reports and contract communications, manage collection of required attestations.Â
Relationship Operational Support: Act as single point of contact, from an operational perspective, for external distributors. Drive necessary changes to other areas of the organization.Â
Business Assignment: Manage and execute requests for reassignment of business due to changes in status of external distributors and representatives.Â
Systems Support and Reporting: Activate security and access to key business systems for distributors and agents. Point of contact for information about systems access and operations for systems that support external distribution. Supply management and production reports as requested.Â

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience.Â
Work Experience:Â
Three years progressive work experience in contract administeringÂ
Serve as a point of contact to respond to incoming/internal customer inquiries;Â
Experience as a lead worker in providing coaching, mentoring and feedback to other staff members;Â
Knowledge of PC based computer systems, automated transaction systems, query report writing skills, relational databases, statistical reporting, spreadsheet, word processing, project management software, proficiency with the web.Â
Demonstrated skills in identifying and helping to implement continuous process improvement initiatives.Â
Demonstrated skills in gathering pertinent data and identifying key issues or problems to make appropriate and timely decisions.Â
Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and strong work ethic.Â
Demonstrated effective customer service relationship skills shown through listening to and understanding the customer; anticipating and providing solutions to customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction.Â
Demonstrated ability to express ideas, recommendations, and decisions to individuals and groups verbally and in writing. Demonstration of effective telephone skills.Â
Demonstrated skills in accomplishing tasks and demonstrating concern for all aspects involved, no matter how small; ensure the accuracy of all data entered our systems.Â

Base Salary Range:
$71,700.00 - $107,600.00Â
