  • Support portfolio-level analytics initiatives by providing architectural oversight and technical direction
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure analytics platforms deliver measurable business outcomes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in IT data or analytics roles, including at least 3 years in analytics architecture or enterprise reporting in healthcare
  • Strong expertise in Epic Cogito architecture and data structures (e.g., Caboodle, Clarity, Palette) or equivalent platforms
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, BusinessObjects, SSRS, and Snowflake
  • Deep understanding of data governance, security models (RBAC), and DevOps practices in analytics environments
  • Ability to define and execute technical strategy across complex, multi-platform ecosystems
  • Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience working in healthcare analytics environments strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, ServiceNow ITIL/SPM modules, and enterprise reporting systems is a plus
  • Epic certifications (Cogito or related) preferred or required within onboarding timeline
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for enabling data-driven decision-making

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $54.90 to $82.35 per hour depending on experience and location
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Paid time off programs, holidays, and flexible leave options
  • Retirement savings plans with employer contributions
  • Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare and dependent care expenses
  • Paid parental leave and family support benefits, including adoption assistance
