As a Manager of Analytics and Measurement, you’ll join our innovative Analytics and Data Science practice, a team dedicated to creating dynamic, integrated analytics solutions that drive business success. We work across digital marketing channels—Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Social, Video, Affiliate, Brand, and Mobile—to help some of the world’s most recognized brands make smarter decisions and achieve their goals.</p><p>In this role, you’ll collaborate with talented professionals across Media, Client Strategy, Ad Operations, and Technology to deliver actionable insights and custom analytics solutions for clients across a variety of industries. You’ll also lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a supportive environment that values growth and excellence. If you’re passionate about turning data into strategies that matter, this is your opportunity to make an impact.</p><h4>What You’ll Be Doing</h4><ul><li>Align the data strategy across a range of customers by providing best practices for building reporting dashboards and deliverables as well as bespoke solutions based on the unique needs of our clients and their business goals.</li><li>Align data requirements with customers and stakeholders and develop the data strategy to meet client objectives.</li><li>Develop advanced techniques to support business decisions or deliverables.</li><li>Serve as the main analytics point of contact for internal and client-side stakeholders.</li><li>Anticipate and address customer challenges, providing strategic guidance and drive value for customers.</li><li>Identify and scope analytical projects to meet customer needs.</li><li>Build presentations to communicate data solutions and updates to customers.</li><li>Develop and execute quarterly or annual client analytics roadmap.</li><li>Lead data-driven projects and initiatives, leveraging PMG’s proprietary Alli Data Platform.</li><li>Manage a team of junior analysts including training and career development.</li><li>Provide data solutions to support new client pitch work.</li><li>Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.</li></ul><p>Full time.
