What We’re Looking For

At Elevar, a pioneer in data-driven SaaS solutions for online retailers, we're transforming how merchants gain actionable insights through server-side event tracking. Now, as part of audiense’s omni-channel analytics powerhouse, we’re delivering innovative data solutions that shape the future of eCommerce growth. We specialize in server-side event tracking, enabling businesses to make smarter decisions that accelerate growth and drive success.

We are seeking an Analytics Implementation Specialist who is excited to learn, eager to grow, and passionate about helping customers unlock the power of clean, accurate data. You’ll support tagging implementations, collaborate across teams, and build your technical chops in a fast-paced, mentorship-driven environment.

Role Overview

As an Analytics Implementation Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to eCommerce merchants, helping them implement GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, and marketing pixels across platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. You’ll lead client onboarding projects end-to-end, design scalable data solutions, and ensure businesses can make smarter, data-driven decisions.

This is the right role if you enjoy solving technical challenges, thrive in dynamic environments, and have the expertise to turn complex tracking setups into seamless implementations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Client Onboarding & Implementation (60%):

  • Own the end-to-end tracking implementation for a portfolio of Elevar customers
  • Configure GA4, GTM, and server-side tagging to ensure accurate data collection
  • Set up and validate marketing pixels across Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, CJ Affiliate, Klaviyo, and other platforms
  • Lead onboarding calls, clarify technical requirements, and ensure smooth transitions to Elevar’s platform

Advanced Tracking Solutions (30%)

  • Architect and deploy advanced tracking solutions for complex eCommerce scenarios
  • Stay up-to-date on iOS14+ changes, consent management, and Google Consent Mode, ensuring client setups are compliant
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies across analytics and ad platforms

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing (10%)

  • Partner with internal teams, including product, success, and engineering, to enhance tracking capabilities
  • Document processes, share insights, and contribute to internal knowledge resources
  • Mentor junior team members and elevate overall implementation standards

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics (Universal & GA4), Google Tag Manager, and marketing pixel implementations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of client-side and server-side tracking fundamentals
  • Experience implementing conversion tracking for Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical tracking issues
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex analytics setups into clear client recommendations
  • Familiarity with consent management tools (Osano, OneTrust, Cookiebot, Pandectes) is a plus
  • Prior experience in a SaaS, eCommerce, or startup environment is preferred

What We Offer

  • Competitive total compensation
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) + paid holidays
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits
  • 401(k) with company match

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, as we are dedicated to providing a safe and secure work environment for all Buxton stakeholders.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is competitive and tailored based on skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package includes:

  • Base salary, aligned to market and experience level
  • Eligibility for annual bonus or incentive plans, depending on the position offered

The salary range for this role located in the Unites States is $40,000- $60,000

We are committed to transparent, equitable pay practices and compliance with all relevant state and local regulations. Final compensation will reflect each candidate’s qualifications and impact potential.
